A piece of Wrexham’s living history

Long before we became Kristina’s Cafe, this corner building at 56 Chester Street welcomed the people of Wrexham. This photograph captured back in the early 1900s, shows this historic building which has been a cherished gathering place for tea, sweet treats, and good company for well over a century. Generations have stepped through these very doors to share a laugh and a warm drink. At Kristina's Cafe, we are honored to keep that history alive every single day.

We’re incredibly proud to have been recognised for all the hard work, passion and dedication that goes into making Kristina’s Cafe what it is. We were delighted to be shortlisted as a finalist in the Small Business Awards 2025 as the 7th best cafe in the UK, and even more thrilled to achieve finalist status again in 2026! These achievements are a huge honour for our team and reflect our commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving great food, coffee & beverages, and being a valued part of our local community.
